Rice with sauteed peppers


Here is a very simple and easy to make rice based dinner.


  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • Sesame Oil ( 1 tsp)
  • Pepper ( dash)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Olive Oil ( 1 tsp)
  • Rice


  1. Cook your rice as indicated on the package.
  2. Julienne slice the peppers.
  3. In a medium skillet simmer the olive oil, sesame oil, pepper and minced garlic.
  4. Add in the peppers and cook until desired tenderness.
  5. Once the rice is ready, top it off with your vegetables.
