Here is a very simple and easy to make rice based dinner.
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- Sesame Oil ( 1 tsp)
- Pepper ( dash)
- 1 garlic clove
- Olive Oil ( 1 tsp)
- Cook your rice as indicated on the package.
- Julienne slice the peppers.
- In a medium skillet simmer the olive oil, sesame oil, pepper and minced garlic.
- Add in the peppers and cook until desired tenderness.
- Once the rice is ready, top it off with your vegetables.
